This is a design thought for the assembly of a soccer robot, has a top cover that contains slots for a button switch (ON/OFF), bluetooth module and if used, a space for the heatsink of the L298N driver. The design complies with the measurements required for robotics competitions (182x145x50mm).

 

A. 3D Printed Parts RC Soccer Robot
Chassis/Frame:
Lightweight yet durable RC Soccer Robot (PLA or PETG filament recommended).
Designed with slots for motors, electronics, and ball-handling mechanisms.
Example: A low-profile, rectangular base with rounded edges.
Wheels:
Omni Wheels: Allow sideways movement for better maneuverability.
Standard Wheels: Simpler design with DC gear motors.
Ball Kicker (Optional):
Spring-loaded lever or solenoid actuator.
Triggered remotely or via an IR/ultrasonic sensor.
Ball Scoop/Dribbler:
Curved front panel to trap and guide the ball.
Optional rotating brushes to maintain ball control.
