This extruder unit was specially developed for 3D printers from the Bambu Lab A1 series.

The extruder unit is equipped with two hardened steel gears. These ensure reliable filament feeding and prevent filament slippage, even with demanding engineering materials such as carbon fibre or fibreglass nylon. The hardened steel gears increase abrasion resistance and enable higher extrusion force, resulting in precise and detailed prints.

An integrated filament cutter makes it easy to switch or unload the filament. A powerful extruder motor drives the gears and provides the necessary power to feed the filament.

The dual gears of the A1mini extruder are made of hard steel and are used to feed consumables into the hot end. Hard steel gears can provide greater extrusion force and high wear resistance. Enable it to handle engineering consumables such as carbon fiber nylon and glass fiber nylon. In addition, the extruder is also equip with a consumable cutter and an extrusion motor

Overview
