built a rotary for my TTS-55.
I used “Rotary Axis for Laser Engraver” by Perinski”
I tried to build the whole thing without many small parts (no dowels, no sleeves, no threads to melt down)
I also used an original TTS-55 stepper.
Hopefully you can see the assembly from the pictures.
So that the small rods with the o-rings do not slip, I glued 3 rings on the outside and 3 rings on the inside.
In the 8mm aluminum tube is an M4 threaded rod to screw both sides tight.
I have already tested settings for Lightburn more or less successfully.
